Does anyone know what company SCA/GROUP USA INC is? Its on my credit report and I have no idea who they are.

SCA/Group USA Inc as you are talking about is the Statewide Credit Association Inc. It is a collection agency that provides services to USA's creditors for improved cash flow by recovering the bad debt and past due accounts.

Justin is correct that SCA is a collection agency. The address of this collection agency is
Statewide Credit Association, Inc.
