Can a credit card company take my bank account money from wages. I can't pay due to medical bills

Subject: Garnishment of wage

Hi million,

In Indiana wage garnishment is allowed, but only 25% of your disposable income. However garnishment can only be obtained after interrogatories. Did the company go to the judgment? If not try contacting your creditor and talk to them about your problems. Provide them with a copy of your monthly income and expenditure. Request them to settle for a less amount.

However do remember to do all these through certified mail so that you can retain the proof of your communication with the company.
