One of my creditors AFNI, has agreed in writing to the terms of my PFD agreement. I noticted that the same account is listed on my Experian reportt as Amshear, same account, same total charges.
I called the number for Amshear on the report and a AFNI rep. picked up the phone. I'm guessing that the company was bought by AFNI.
What do I need to do to ensure that all accounts are affliliated with this account are a update as part of the PFD agreement.
In the letter to the creditor, I did clearly state that both AFNI, and Amshear firms in my PFD letter.
I want to make sure that this accont is removed from collections on credit report. ADVICE ANYONE _________________ Quote" Your biggest Fear should not be failing, it should be NOT TRYING"-unknown |

Hi Ericks,
Anderson Financial Network (AFNI) is a collection agency. What you can do is inquire into the details of the report with AFNI. If they fail to give you any details, you can dispute this with the credit bureaus. First read both the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act and Fair Credit Reporting Act. You can then ask the company to remove the listing. If they don't comply to your request, you can sue them.
First solve this issue and then go in for the "Pay for delete" agreement and the payments.
Hope this helps,
Regards
