credit percentage being used?

I have heard it's best to stay between 10 and 25% (usage) of your credit limit. How do I figure out what percentage of credit I am using on my card? Let's say I have a 13k limit and currently have a balance of about 6k.

Well, if you have a 13k limit and you used 6k that is almost 50% of your credit (on that account) You would adverage in your avalible credit on all of your open accounts and voila!

Actually if you have already used up 6K, i.e , you have used up about 46% of your credit limit. Try to pay up the amount and keep the available credit limit on your card to 70%. You should always spend far below your credit limit for maintaining a good credit score and always try to spend what you can afford to pay back in time.

If I'm online on equifax.com how can I see what percentage of credit I am using?
