i just got the services of creditheaven.com. they were able to remove seven items in one week. is it possible for me to have done this myself?

Yes you could have.

There is a time limit for entries to appear on a credit report.
Fraudulent accounts should be relatively easy to remove.

But, if the entries are timely and legitimate, then they could reappear in the future (new collector, or upon verification of disputes).

Credit Heaven? Never heard of them. Are they a Credit Repair Company? SIMPLIIJENNY..can you 'reveal' your experiences with them? Where are they out of? What are their fees, etc.?
