| I bought a $14000 Yamaha motorcycle in May 2008. Later that year, I separated from my wife and filed for BK, which included my HSBC Yamaha credit account. The account was discharged. The bike however, has been wasting away at my old address (dads house); I've never received any phone calls nor correspondence regarding a repo or vehicle surrender. The account has since been sold to a debt collector whom I haven't heard from either. For the right price, I might be interested in purchasing the bike outright. What are my options (if any)? |
