Subject: follow up letter - is this one ok?

Hello,

I've posted here before:

I have not replied yet. Yesterday, I sent a letter to the credit bureau ( what Rachel suggested).

I still want to send a letter to the CA again. I tried to include several things. Pay-for-delete, intend to sue etc. I am not sure yet if the letter is ok.

I kinda think it's too long and includes some unnecessary things. But I don't know what to leave out. Any help is appreicated!

This is a good one. I really appreciate the way you have put together everything in the right order. You must sent the letter via certified mail, and remember to retain copies of the same.
