Subject: dispute letter

I am trying to dispute a debt that is listed on my account as an authorized user. I was told I could dispute and get it removed. When listing a reason for why it is inaccurate or why I want it removed what would I put?

Hi Firey,

So, you are not the authorized user? If it is so, then include the fact inside the dispute letter that you are not the authorized user of this account. Hence, you want this listing to be removed from your credit report.

I think this will do.

oops, I guess when I went back and read my post it did sound as though I was saying I am not the authorized user. My mistake. I am an authorized user . I want to dispute this debt and was told I could on the grounds I am an authorized user and not responsible for the account.
Now if I cannot dispute the account due to that reason what other reasons are there there for grounds of dispute. I still do not recognize this account on my credit report that Rubin and Yates are trying to collect for. I was told to dispute it.
