Subject: Kirkland Green Client

Posted on Thu Nov 12, 2009 7:18 pm

People really are here to help each other that is the point of this forum isn’t it? I enrolled in Kirkland Greens debt settlement program several months ago and thus far have found them to be very helpful. With the economy going downhill I was forced to do something when I realized that my business would not provide me with the level of income that I had become accustomed to. These were very scary times for me because I didn’t know what I could do to avoid the crash course that I suddenly found myself on. Now I understand that my situation is certainly not unique, and I too was very skeptical at first as I looked for help. I consider myself to be a reasonably intelligent individual or at least I’ve achieved a lot in the world of academia so I imagine that it would be hard for anyone to pull as fast one on me.
I found Kirkland Green and other companies after doing a search on debt relief on the internet. They were one of many companies that I surveyed and I liked them amongst all the rest because of the information I was able to receive from a consultant there. His name was Keith Morten, and besides the abundance of information that he provided for me I liked his approach on the whole matter. He didn’t push me towards the program instead he placed all the right information before me and left it up to me and my wife to decide. I have to admit that although he was young in age (I could tell by his voice) he spoke as if he had years of wisdom and I can honestly say that I learned a lot from this young man.
What Mr. Morten was able to provide me with was a new perspective on debt. Not just the debt I’ve accumulated over the years but the debt that most of us have. Because I made It a point to ask any question that came to mind our conversations became long discussions about the present financial state of the united states of America. For a guy in his 20’s he knew some things that some of my most educated friends and colleagues failed to realize, and upon more research I found his claims to be true and eye opening! I’m not here to tell people to go with Kirkland Green or to not go with Kirkland Green I’m here to tell people that we have become slaves of debt due to our incompetence, the decisions of different policy makers, and in particular the Central bank of our country otherwise known as the Federal Reserve. (which isn’t anymore federal than federal express)If you haven’t noticed our great nation is on a steep decline. As Mr. Morten put it “No one cares to look in between the lines anymore, instead we leave it up to our politicians and financial wizards to do what’s best for us”. The bailouts have left my grand children with a tumultuous amount of debt to pay off and I feel as If my generation has been a great disservice to younger generations.
I could write a whole book on this particular subject but instead I’ll leave it up to you to make the choice to become aware of what is happening.
In closing I’ve already settled 25K of my debt and the real scammers are the bankers you have successfully bankrupt our great Nation.

Thats good that you found someone who will help you out. I am surprised at what you are saying because I have read a lot about them on the internet and they do not have the best rating. At least you got the help you needed. Hope everything continues to go well. Good Luck.

Anyone who goes to the BBB is half retarded, especially when they dont know the BBB is a business and gives grades based on a membership fee. Thats why some companies that have no complaints get F ratings, because they don't feel they should pay a monthly membership fee to get a grade. If you are looking for the governing body over debt settlement, go to TASC and/or USOBA. They will tell you exactly how legitamite a debt settlement company is. By the way, after doing my research on Kirkland Green, is not just members of TASC and USOBA, but one of only a handful that are actually ACCREDITED members of both. They are licensed in the state of NV and have been doing business nationally for 7 years, not 16 months. Anyone who gets fooled by this type of a program either doesn't read the fine print or was not paying attention to teh disclaimers, rookies. thats obviously why you people are in debt. START READING THE FINE PRINT AND STOP FOLLOWING OTHER PEOPLE! be original and do some research!

Subject: BLOGGING ABOUT DEBT

Posted on Tue Dec 22, 2009 6:36 pm

I have a question what does blogging about debt do. It is one persons oppinion. The fact that you all are now relying on each other and oppinions of others to steer you in the right direction for dealing with YOUR DEBT! Its no suprise your in it, probably you were told it was a good idea on another blog to get into the debt. Peoples personal oppinions are allowed on this site, it is a blog. If someone says your a moron, you might want to take a step back wait a second, and see why your getting called a moron. There is comments on names like Todd Smith yeah that sounds like a real name. I think there was also a Tim Adams or a Bob Jones. Thats a bogus name if I have ever heard it. Having outstanding credit card debt cause you were hoping on a refi or equity in your property. Thinking the perfect bubble would never burst. Than that is your bad. Living on plastic with 23% interest rates are moronic. Paying interest every month to creditors that take vacations where you have only seen pictures. Swipe a magic card and have money, you act as if you didn't know it would get to this. But by all means sit on the debt do nothing about it and trust these other people who do not know your situation and what is going on financially in your life and listen to what they have to say. A disgruntaled worker and a guy that is so disgusted with his debt, that it is everyone elses problem but his or the people who got into debt in the first place. Take resposibility for your actions.

Your response on the BBB is quite entertaining.
Obviously you dont live in Los Angeles where the BBB of the southland is the most corrupt bbb in the nation. They automatically give debt settlement companies an F or unfavorable rating simply because of the nature of the business. On top of that if you dont pay into these FRANCHISED companies (BBB) then you definitely wont be getting the rating you want or deserve. Think again before you trust the
BBB.

I use the better business bureau simply as a reference not as solid rock information, I just go on it and see what others are saying about a company.

I usually use the attorney generals office for more concrete information.

Does the atty geneal have business listings on their site? I have not visited mine as of lately and when I did it was to look up the number to their office so I could voice a complaint.

I don't believe they have a listing on their site, but they will help you with getting things straightened out with the company and make sure that you get a fair shake.

Yes, this part I have seen first hand. At first I was scared to call but once I made the call I felt so much better.I have heard so many things about the BBB that I do not put much trust in them at all. I do believe in part that it is a money racket and grades may be able to be bought. I wish they would come out with some type of fair site that gives consumers honest and true reports and grades. You always see all these ads on the television talking about the company beeing BBB associated. How is a person to trust this if the industry is on the corrupt side?

The problem with the better business bureau is that it is a voluntary organization, companies with a good standing would of course love to be part of it, where the bad ones usually get on by doing something bad to a consumer, so their stuff ends up on there as a result of a complaint.

If it were a mandatory agency then information would be more accurate, I just use it as a reference guide.

I agree. It would be better as a mandatory company but we have to take it as is. I can not say I would put much faith into it even as a reference. If I can not trust the information then why use it. I had someone help me out with a huge favor, more than any other company would have done and then found out the person had an F rating. With all the help that is offered from this person to everyone..free of charge..you would not see how they got an F.

There are so many DS companies out there doing it the RIGHT way, these knuckleheads just treat the employees like shit and lie straight to the face of anyone to make a dollar......go buy another Ferrari guys! KARMA is the ruler of all evils....careful.
