It is the state under which you went under the contract, so it would be the six year one.

I with goodnatured on this one I'm pretty sure it will be based on CO since that's where you lived when you got the debt.

Hi Kim,

Normally, the SOL of the state in which you reside applies to your debt. Hence, in that case it should be Arizona for you. However, the SOL is counted from the last day you had made payments to that debt account. So, which is the state where you had last paid?
