Ask credit questions ...Hi, I have a small claims against me which I agree with. I was behind on my rent three months due to health challenges and owning my business.
The question is my daughter's name is on it too. She has nothing to do with payment. Her name was on the orignal lease we were on for one year. But after that we were month to month and I was responsible for the payments.
How do I remove her name off the summons?

I am not sure that you can have her name removed, you may be able to work it out with the person who is suing you. Since her name was on the original lease you may have a very hard time removing it now.
Hang out, there may be others with a different answer on this.

If your daughter's name is on the original lease contract, then she might have to bear the responsibility of paying the debt. Contact an attorney who will be able to help you regarding the removal of the name. You might as well have to visit the courthouse.
