Put your question here ...i am having trouble getting any thing off of my experian crdit report do you have any solutions. thanks

What steps have you taken, did you file dispute on the item yet? Do you have proof that they are wrong, if you do make copies and send them a copy of it. It is hard to get any of them to change anything with out the proof in hand.

Hi bubba
The credit reporting agencies remove a listing from your credit report only if the listing is not legal. When you dispute a listing with the credit bureaus, the CRAs verifies it with the original creditor or the CA as the case may be. If they can verify that the listing is correct, they will not remove it from the credit report. Only if they find the listing to be incorrect, it will be removed from your report.

If you have already send a debt validation letter under certified mail to your collection agency or the original creditor, and if they have not yet validated the debt, send the proof with your dispute letter to the credit bureau. If the credit bureaus still does not remove the listing, you may file a complaint against the CRAs with the FTC and the AGs office.
