Just seems like an illegal scam to me, but I am sure there are people out there desperate enough to use it though. I bet you could get in some big trouble doing this.

I think that it is risky using fake pay check stubs since people using them might get arrested for fraud. These fake check stubs are mostly used to get payday loans I guess.

It ain't nothing but fraudulant activity, and correct me if I am wrong but if this is done online or over state lines could this not be federal charges?

Actually, this software does not seem illegal to me. I like to research before I comment, and it seems that the illegal activity comes from the user's side. It states that it can be used to create a paycheck stub for someone that recieves direct deposit. Also can be used for entertainment and amusement park purposes. On the site it clearly states the following, "THIS SYSTEM WAS NOT INTENDED NOR DESIGNED TO DEFRAUD ANYONE OR ANY BUSINESS! SHAME ON ANYONE WHO USES THIS PRODUCT FOR SUCH PURPOSES! KNOW THE LAWS IN YOUR COUNTRY/JURISDICTION PRIOR TO USE!"

Yea I am sure ppl amde this softwear for 'fun and games' If that was the case they would make the program leave a comment on all of the printed stubs saying 'this is not a real paystub, or for entertainment purposes only'

That would be like saying hey, I made this program that makes conterfit cash but, I only intend on ppl paying monopoly with the money.

I would always suggest you not to go through fakepaycheckstubs.com to make paycheck stub and use it either for getting loans or a job. This is because if you are caught involved in such illegal activities it may result in legal action against you.

I agree with you Anthony. If anybody is caught using fake paycheck stubs for obtaining credit or for getting a job, it may end up in legal action and federal fines. So the best thing to do is to avoid such things.

all I can say to this is OMG, I can not believe that someone would actually come up with such a plan. It is kind of guiness right? I would be so afraid to use something like this, you would have to wondering all the time if someone figured it out or not. I don't like to be parinoid all the time.
