I believe it is B of A/MBNA/Wachovia.

Need help. Just found these initials on papers we signed on buying a condo. Says we owe money and to make 20 payments. our credit is excellant, we don't owe anything except for the mortgage for the condo. Signed papers today. What is this and why do they want payment?

Hi Pam,

FIA CSNA stands for FIA Card Services N.A. This is the new name for the company formerly known as MBNA. FIA processes accounts of other banks like Wachovia which is in competition with BOFA so they use the name FIA to handle these accounts.
Their address is
FIA Card Services, N.A. P.O. Box 15718, Wilmington DE 19850
You can also try this number FIA (24/7) 800-655-1491. Keep pressing zero for a real person or press for a "lost of stolen card" and you can talk to a live person.
Hope this helps you... Smile

Hi Pam,

There has been a lot of controversies on this topic. You can go through this link as well.

What do the letters stand for. Why would I get a FIA CSNA posting on my BofA Privacy Source?

Because BofA owns FIA CSNA.
