The credit card companies have so long been offering credit limits based on the credit history of the consumers. However, it has been found that most of the credit card holders who had large credit limit defaulted after spending on the cards. This is because, their income level was not sufficient to repay what they spend leading to filing bankruptcies. To avoid the risk, almost all banks are lowering the credit limit based on the income so that the customer can repay back what they have spent on these cards after getting their paycheck. _________________ Keep in touch

All credit cards managed by FIA Credit Cards suck. They raised interest rates for all card holders - even if you have never been late and have excellent credi history. I recommend you do business with regional banks and credit unions.

FIA CSNA does appear to be associated with Charles Schwab Bank. I recently opened a new CS credit card and the credit inquiry date as well as the available credit listed on my report under FIA CSNA match up with my Schwab card.

What is the insurance company or companies provide the actual insurance to Bank America/FIA? Is it a carrier that is owned by B of A or a different carrier.
