Hello,

What are you waiting for? It will be for your benefit to return the money. If you get sued imagine the embarrassment and wastage of time and money. I would say, call them up and ask them to take it back.

Till then keep in touch.

Sounds pretty interesting Surprised .

But stop and think, what after thirty days? will you be able to keep it as your money when you know it is not yours?

Thanks
Jessica

Hi Stuified,

Shocked Dont take the risk. If you get sued...you will have to shell out money as well, which will be more than what you thought of keeping.

Good Luck

Do you have a card from them? That is the reason why they are showing on your report.

Jorge,

1) if you choose to post here again, there is no need to yell...turn off the caps lock button
2) this is a public forum...it is not wise to post personal contact info
3) this site is not related to FIA...read pages one and two of this thread to get FIAs contact info

Hi Jorge,

This is a forum where people congregate to discuss and share. Do remember what Morningstar had to say. This is a discussion about FIA and not the company itself.

I just received a new credit card from Merrill Lynch and when I checked my credit report I noticed that the M-L card was listed as a new account, followed by FIA CSNA. I called the number given above and was informed that FIA CSNA is a card services group that handles services for large credit card cocmpanies. It is not a card itself; merely a service. Is this what others have found to be true?

It seems that SunTrust Bank has turned their Visa cards for processing to these people.

Correct me if I am wrong. FIA services is a part of BOFA. There are credit card card companies (e.g. Wachovia) who are direct rivals to BOFA, so the accounts that were previously managed by MBNA are now under BOFA and are being processed under the name FIA.

And yes Thetril,

SunTrust Bank is now under FIA.

Subject: FIA CSNA on Credit Report

Hey,

This showed up on my credit report saying the limit was 3,000 and that I had 4, 30 day over due, 2, 60 day over due, and 1, 90 day over due. It also said that the account was closed by the Grantor. I am on hold now with the company but when I put in my social it said that the account was closed in 03 but all the over due notices on my credit report happened in 05 and 06. Makes so sense to me! Hopefully they will stop wasting my minutes and pick up!

I saw this on my credit report and don't know exactly what it is or what it means. Is there a number to them that i can call and ask??? I do have an ongoing dispute with bank of america regarding an ID theft account but i don't ACTUALLY have an account with BOA. Currently very concerned with credit score and issues, any help would be great.
