I CAN NO LONGER CONTINUE TO PAY THESE LOANS. I NEED ADVICE IN HOW TO HANDLE THIS PROBLEM.

Hi Dianne,

To start with, can you tell us how much is the total debt and the state you are located in? Check your state laws and compare the total amount of payment you have made for these accounts with the allowed limits as per laws in your state.

It is quite possible that the total payments you have made till now are in excess of what the actual dues were. If that is what actually happened then you need to put a claim for refund of excess amount paid. Begin with checking the total payments made & then move towards taking necessary steps.
