Subject: Stop sending me bills

I have not been a Pay Pal member for several years. I asked repeatedly to ne unsubscribed from Buyer's Credit.. After several years I have still not been unsubscribed and am being sent periodic bills with increasing finance charges on them, even though I have not used the services.

What can I do?

Have you called the company and asked why they are continueing to do this? I would try writing a letter and sending it certified. The best one would be debt validation. Anyone else have any thoughts on this matter? It seems like if he can not get them to listen there would have to be some route to go to get through.
