I need to pay my bills and will try to get my BF to cash my paycheck for me at a different bank. Very nervous it won't clear because check comes from the same bank where the judgement against me was placed.... help.

Hi ana20797

Welcome to mortgagefit,

If you want to bend the rule of judgment then I don't think this is the right thing to do it.As far as paying the bills are concerned you can always ask your BF to pay it for you.But ...........

if he is not supportive in this regard I don't find any alternative other than illegal means to get your check cashed in but I do not wish to promote this route.I hope you understand the situation.

Hi ana,

Welcome to this community :)

I agree with ensurepune. It is better to avoid illegal means to cash your check. I think you should talk to the bank, and negotiate a payment and request them to stop garnishing your account (if a garnishment order has been issued).

Thanks,

Aaron
