Subject: Civil Judgment

Hi,
I was unaware of a Civil Judgment that was posted on my credit report from Unifund CCR Partners. I do not know who the original creditor is as it is not on my credit report. Is this a valid debt? How do I resolve this matter? Paying the debt in full? I tried contacting Unifund & they are not willing to settle for a lower amount.
Please advise! Crying or Very sad

you investigate your credit report. if it is correct, make payment immediately

otherwise you submit valid proof for getting in reversed

Hi, thanks for the response. How do I investigate my credit report? Dispute the information on my credit report? Also, how do I submit valid proof for getting it reversed? What proof do I need?
