Hi Cruzn,
I found a site online it's called USlegals.com but it all depends on what you want. Some are a bit pricey But they have several. Maybe someone else will be on here and can help you better than me. Just hang in there. |

Hi Cruzzn,
When you were served a summons, you must have also got a form along that. You are supposed to fill out that form only and state whether you accept or reject the charge. You need to fill that out and file it with the court house clerk. However, if you have not received it, then visit the clerk office and get a form to reply to the summons, fill it out and submit it to the clerk. _________________ All the Best

| Justin is right you can go to the courthouse and get the form. I was wondering (and this may help you) what if you know the debt is yours but you also know the SOL has passed ? What if you agree the debt is yours but do not agree to the amount? I personally have never had to do this. Hopefully there is a place on that form where you can deny the charges. Mainly though make sure you get that paper filed. You always want to be sure you are in court regardless of whether you believe the debt is rightfully yours or not. |
