Subject: Credit Card Debt

Can they take me to court on a judgement for an unpaid credit card. I live in N.C. and don't know what to do. I cannot afford to pay this at this point.

Hello guest,
If this debt is not past the statute of limitations they can very well take you to court. If the win they could get a garnishment attached to your wages.
Have you tried to ask them for a debt settlement? MAybe at this point they will want to be rid of the debt and just get some of their money. I see that this must have already went to court and they got the judgment. Did they offer to settle the debt for less at any time? Please let us know a little more on this de
