I have a car loan through Citifiancial. There are a few in the area where I live. The one I deal with NOW, I just can't 'deal' with the woman who works there. She won't shut-up long enough for me to explain to her what I need, or what I am concerned about, on my account. I've tried dealing with her a few times. A few times I hung up on her..and she was still talking!! If I have to be late with a payment, I call there and let manager know. However, this woman is NOT the manager and says "we have to straighten your acount up becuase you have several 'autodrafts' on the same day."..or...if SHE makes a mistake with something on my account, it seems to be MY fault!! GEEZ!! i was informed the manager there is going to another 'store'. My question is...can I deal with ANOTHER Citifinancial in my area?

At first, you need to talk with the branch manager of Citifinancial from which you have taken the car loan. If the branch manager gives you the permission to switch to another branch of citifinancial, then you can deal with another citifinancial branch in your area. You can know the process of transferring the account to another branch from the manager and follow the steps.

Some people you just can't 'work with', I guess. The manager of the bank is very understanding about situations and will actually listen to people. The other woman, who works in the office, just isn't a 'people person'..ya know?? It's frustrating!! Sad
