Anyone Give me some comments about my question ....

My partner and I have joint debts.

Can we lump them all together in the same IVA ?

Well, I guess not if you have a debt below £10,000, but if it is beyond that, maybe you can opt for a joint IVA. But if you apply for a joint IVA, both partner's IVA need to be approved. If any one is not approved then the joint IVA is not on.
