the notice says "vacate OSCV and CCp170.6" case reassigned
We lost our home and want to know why we are being summoned back to court and if we should go to court; is it in our best interest?
We tried to modifiy our home loan and were ripped off by two lawyers, do we just vacated the home. We want nothing further to do with these dishonest courts and judges in our county
this information is pretty cryptic. you should go to court. Have you reported your situation to attorney general of your state?
