So how long ago did she file chapter 13? If it hasn't been 7 years yet I doubt there is anyone that is going to give her alone with a bankruptcy listed. So she didn't list the back payments in the chapter 13? Not sure if you can do that or not. But if so she would have her mortgage plus a higher plan payment because I believe you can include it but your secured debt get paid in full so don't know even if that would have helped. Just a thought.
