Hello,
Im trying to do a blanket loan of about $1million on several properties...I have been so busy lately I haven't been keeping an eye on my credit...
I'm trying to remove inquiries to increase my credit score...I have a list of inquiries from creditreport.com...I just need to know how to approach it...Should i send letters to the most recent inquiries or the ones that are furthest away by date?
The bank where I'm trying for a blanket loan on several properties said they only see 3 months of inquiries...But I see about 3 yrs worth...We are obviously looking at different reports and I'm looking for the best method and time effective way to write these letters to the inquiry companies...
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! |

| I believe the credit report you want is www.annualcreditreport.com it is free. As far as removing inquiries if they have been listed longer than two years dispute it with the credit agencies and they will remove them. |

Hi bobby,
The first thing you need to do to remove the inquiries from your report is to know the distinction between soft and hard inquiries. Soft inquiries do not damage the credit report as much as the hard inquiries does. Hard inquiries are those which are from the debt collection agencies and creditors who want to see your credit history.
The main thing is that you should be sure that your approval is always there with the requests of the hard inquiries. However not all hard inquiries have your permission, therefore always do ask for documentation. So when you find any such inquiries which are without your permission, request the creditor to remove it from your report. If they do not comply with your request, proceed with legal action. That helps a lot.

If you want to remove inquiries from your credit report, you can send a request letter to your creditors to remove all inquiries. Hard inquiry may hurt your credit score adversely. To write this letter, the following link may help you:
