I think it is hard to get here and spend a lot of time when you are working full time erb, we do enjoy your company, so swing in when you can.

GN is right as always. Sometimes it is really hard to keep up on the posts when you are working even part time. With supper, laundry, homework..it sure cuts time to post short.

I agree, FIREYONE..it's sometimes ( alomost ) impossible to sit down and do posts. ..with everything going on in our lives. Wanna hear something funny?..the IRS sent me a bill for State Tax I forgot to pay last year. The bill was a whopping $14.00!! Oh..good grief. Well.the letter said "if it's not paid within a certain time, interest will be added to it." They are worried about $14.00?

Hey sdchargers good to see you back.

My irs bill was a hell of alot more than $14, thank god for the stimulus, it paid it off for me and got me off the monthly payment plan.

It was for income that I forgot to report, it came in after I filed my taxes, so it came back to haunt me a year later. I am glad to be rid of it.

Why if it came in after wouldn't they just let you report it the following year? In fact you could have fought it because if it came in around tax time then that would have been in the new year and not claimed until the following year. Sounds like it was their error to me.
