How should I pay off loan

Hi,

I have a low credit score. It is in the low 600s. My credit union was objecting about giving me a loan. However, after one day later they contacted me and approved me for $2,500. I can pay this off at the end of next month, but do you think I should pay this monthly until the beginning of next year to show good payment history? Plus, I don't have any installment loans.

At this moment I have three credit cards with no negatives. However, I had filed bankruptcy in 2003 and it was discharged in that very year.

Thanks

Hi Jaxon,

I think you should pay it off monthly rather than paying it off in full at one go. This will help you improve your credit score.

Thanks,

Aaron

I agree with aaron. set it up online with monthly transfers so you can set it and forget it.
