| I was just wondering if anyone has ever heard of clearone debt relief. If you have i would appreciate a comment, good or bad. Thanks a bunch |

Hi Sandmanlti,
This is a debt settlement company which has recently launched a Performance Marketing Program. I have not personally dealt with this company so i cannot give you a feed back. You can search the BBB to find out.

Considering I work for ClearOne's Philadelphia branch, I won't give you my opinions here, only a few factual points.
We're an acquisition company for Freedom Financial Network. We enroll our clients into Debt Resolution Partners or Century Negotiation Inc.
Debt Resolution Partners and Century Negotiations Inc both have verifiable good standings with the Better Business Bureau and are also members of TASC (The Association of Settlement Companies).
Fees stay the same as with all other companies, or going directly to a settlement company. 15% of the total enrolled debt amount paid out of a period of 19-20 months.
I haven't spoken to anyone who's gone through our settlement companies directly, but I doubt they give their clients a personal cell phone number and are generally responding to calls/emails 24/7 (apart from when I sleep).

Sandmanlti, I currently have my debts settled with Clear One Debt Relief and I can tell so far they have been wonderful to me. So if you have any credit card debt that you would like to consolidate, I would look them up!  |

| Does 'Clear One' only deal with credit cards, or, do they deal with ANY kind of Unsecured Debt ( medical bills, etc?) Does it matter what state you live in, to deal with them? What are their fees? |

I went on their website and filled out an inquiry form in which I SPECIFICALLY asked not to be contacted over the phone. The next day I received no less than 12 phone calls from them, and during each call I expressed my wish to not be contacted over the phone, only to be called again the next hour. THEN, as if that wasn't enough, I got this email from one of their representatives:

What did you expect you filled out the information online just trying to help.
Maybe you should be careful about what you do online. no need to get upset about firms calling you. you asked for information

wow, what a way to do customer service, huh. I am sorry to hear that you were treated this way, it just goes to show that you may not want to deal with them anyway if this is how they treat potential customers, imagine how free they would fill to insult you after they have a contract with you and you can't get out of it.
Good they show their true colors now, rather than later. Hope you can find a different company that will respect you as a customer and help you move forward with your problems.
