I thought there was a $3000 earning limit on this package. My husband and I both worked in 2007 but I was injured due to an auto accident and didn't quite make $3000. Believe it or not I was only $45 off. I have two children but one turned 18 at the end of November. I ws still able to claim him on 2007 return. I'll check out the IRS website but if you have any other info please keep me informed.
