Subject: Can doctors garnish my alimony?

I had emergency surgery and can't pay the medical bills. I receive $1,600/mth in alimony. I don't have insurance, any assets, or a job. Can they sue me and take any of my alimony? I live on Ohio.

In Ohio, alimony and child support payment cannot be garnished.
