They are not allowed to lend to military at all.

My problem with this what else will they try to control on your personal side of life.

Yeah I know, it is just the young men and wome are not making the choice on their own, the government is making it for them. That is what upsets me, you should have the freedom to choose yourself.

I definately do n ot argue with you there. all I am saying is later on we all may wish that we would ahve had these laws in place especially when dealing with the pay dy lenders.

I always have. I seen what they do to people. I can't believe that people even go for them. They have ads on TV and even give the rdiculous interest rate. I am not a big TV fan but when I do sit down occasionaly and watch I see the ads. Inhumane.

Thats why I think they all should be illegal. I know they are out there and some people have no choice but either they cap the interest rate at a reasonable amount or some other poor souls end up being shark food.
