Yup, It is just poor financial planning to budget all of your money away. You never know when you are going to get hurt or have a car die. You have to have a savings, more so if you have poor credit

Yes, I too feel that if you do not manage to get a debt consolidation loan to pay off your pay day loans, you should cut down your monthly expenses and take immediate steps to see that you pay off your pay day loans first. You may also take some advance from your employer if you have the option to do so, and pay it back from your next pay amount.

No matter what your income, I have found that if you live like you are making minimum wage for six months that you can totally turn it around, you just have to tighten up the reigns a little bit and not spend money on frivoulous things, just for six months and you will see a big improvement in your budget, try it, it works.

That is a really good idea except for those making min. wage. I know for the past year we have lived on a tight budget. At first I missed all the extras we use to do. Now none of it seems imortant anymore. as long as we have gas, groceries and a roof I am happy.

Nope nat a thing. Apparently they are still awaiting documents from my ins. co, dentist (to prove tmj from accident), I got that and sent it myself and they are waiting on my personal ins. company to prove they are entitled to repayment of the bills they paid on my behalf. They have leins now for thousands against my settlement. At first it was only $1700 but they resubmitted since more bills are coming in. They are going to continue cause I have another "surgery" this tuesday. They will want money for that too. I was gonna put it off till settlement but physically can't do this cause my right hand fingers are curling up. I am sooo stressed.

I hope to at the very least pay off all my credit card bills aqiured during moving and not being able to work. That is a lot there. Hopefully though I can put some back and I want to look into others job possibilities. I would like to take classes in literature and writing. I have always wanted to write a book.Honestly.

I will always appreciate the idea of not taking loans. But there are certain instances when we are forced to take loans. At that time you should at least try not to take any payday loans. This is because payday comes with very high rates of interest and pushes us into a vicious circle of debt. Instead of taking payday loans, we can take advances from our employers, or even borrow from our friends, but most importantly we should cut down our monthly expenses and save it for meeting our emergency needs.

I totally agree with you Carol, I found that just by clipping coupons and be more discreet on what I purchase that my extra cash quickly grew. As much as it pained me I had to take a trip down reality lane and face up to frivoulous spending. Taking a hard look and writing down what you spend on what will be a quick eye opener, then once you do that, take it times 12 for a year and you will see an amount that may make you reconsider your habits and try to put some extra money back.

It is hard to do, I will be the first to admit, I went from spending $3.50 to $5.00 a pack of cigarettes to rolling my own for .68 cents a pack, it takes some work on my part. Now I know I should not be smoking, but this was one of my big expenses and the easiest to use for an example. So no bashing me please, LOL.

I don't blame ya good natured. My husband has even started to see the light of day in buying store brands. He use to be this big named kind of person but that changed when he started going and seeing the grocdey bill.
