| That a very true statement but I can almost bet some really do not have that money to spend if they are under multiple payday loans. I would try every source I could to get a loan. There has to be one out there that would not charge 400%. In PA new laws are starting in Februaury on the in terest these payday loan places can charge. I have been seeing other states are getting on the wagon so lets hope they all do soon. |

Hi Chris
I think that you should take cash advance from your employer or your friends and pay off the payday loan because these loans have very high interest and may push you to vicious circle of debts. If you have a good credit score, you can also go for debt consolidation loans to pay off the payday loans. |

| I have 4 payday loans. I have closed my bank account that the payments were trying to come out of cause I was so in debt. How do I find out if these companies are legal? What is my best course of action. I can't pay anything right now. But by next month my income will have increased enough that I could start making payements. |

For payday loan help what I decided to do was us a company called RELIEF, LLC "http://www.reliefllc.com"
So they had me close my bank account the payday lenders were debiting and then they set me up on a once a month payment plan and they deal with my payday lenders so i don't have to talk to them anymore. They negotiate a deal with them and they gave me 12 months to pay them all back with my once a month payment. For me it was a good deal as I paid interest and fees more every two weeks to the lenders than what this RELIEF company charged. |

| Hello Julia, I was in the same boat with alot of payday loans. I contacted a firm called Debt Resolution Advocates. They negotiated settlements with payday lenders and also stopped the collection calls. There phone number is 866-751-1509. I would strongly suggest you give them a try. Good Luck |

| I also used that company Relief, LLC. I couldn't find any complaints about them online... believe me i checked up on them. The other companies had to many complaints for me to feel comfortable. But Relief has turned out to be quite the blessing. They have already paid off 3 loans in two months and they saved me over $900 so far. I have 6 months left in their program, but i am extremely happy with what they have already done. |

It seems to me when i frist got a payday loan .it was fine but someone got ahold of my account infora=mation and they just keep charging thing on my account and i cant get the bank to stop charing me NSF charges so i had to get four more loans and then ther are still not helping me at all these companys like id theft eclubs usa benifits or of couse 200cash payday loan people took 19.00 out tiwce for a loan which i didnt recive AT ALL. They say it will take 24 hors and its been 29 days ... But most of these charges are like 49.95 about 6 of these and every time 35.00 nsf or 25.00 from tel check pepole so i dont know what to do right now im short 262.00 in account and 200 is nsf charges from these people and the the bank lets them do it please help im on a fixed income thats half my check  |

Only way you can get rid of these calls is pay them or ask for some settle ment on the account.
If you kleep postponign this, then they will keep on charging you late fee, interest and other fee which you cannot even think
So call them and see if they can help you for settlement |

I got payday loan help with Relief LLC. I have about 8 internet loans and they contacted all them and got me low payoffs on some and longer payment plans on a few more. I am happy because the payday loans were putting me in the poor house.
