My mortgage company reported negatively to 1 CB not all 3?

My mortgage company is reporting "foreclosure started" and 3 months of RF on my Experian report but not on the other reports. Can I get it removed without hurting my credit reports with Equifax and Trans. A loan modification was worked out 18 months ago after I received a legal foreclosure document. My credit score is 670 now. I would like to get it above 700 to refinance a 9.5% mortgage. Also my Chase good lines of credit are not being reported to Equifax but are to the other two agencies. How can I get them on Equifax to raise my score?

I would aks them nicely to update your credit report. If you are not in foreclosure then it is wrong to report otherwise. THe tough part is that they may have created a new account when they modified your loan. If your modied loan is reported separately on your credit report, then the old account is frozen in its negative state.

Find out which federal agency regulates your mortgage company. Contact them if they are unresponsive.

If you are under foreclosure, then you cannot remove it form your report and it will stay there for seven years. However, if you are not under foreclosure and it is wrongly listed in your report, you should immediately dispute the listing with Experian and get it removed. You can find sample dispute letters if you visit the link letters of credit

one of the good strategy to improve your score is to put forward your all credentials and try to make it as simple as.

Also do not hide anything as it will come to the ground even not now but in coming future it will surely.

So you be clear, they will be clear. You will get the score repaired.

Sometimes advice seems to be simple but it is really a w9orth trying.
