Temporary Address making it difficult

Since my home is 60 miles away but in the same district, I am renting for residence. And with the conditions, I have to change the address after a year two. I have agreement copy with me. The banks hesitate for a personal type of loans despite of strong income proofs, as many of us might have gone through such situations. Although backed with native proofs, this is certainly a minus point when a credit score is on little lower side.

Hi DeVid(as)85,

I would like to tell you that you must have anyone of the permanent address to take loan. Because your residential proof is very important in the loan agreement with your best credit score.

You can give them your agreement of transfer. If you have any permanent address in UK You can give them this address.

Thanks.
