Class action lawsuit

Hi I recently paid off my account balance (actually transferred to my bank) and am curious to know how Chase can close my WAMU account after 3 years of NO late pays, payments on average of 300% of minimum, and always 10 to 15 days early. I purposefully put about $200.00 back on it to keep it open. Is there any recourse and has anyone else been bent over by the OLD DUDES from the WAMU commercials! Is there a Class action lawsuit going on yet and can I repay them at like two dollars a month for their courtesy without wrecking my hard won credit?
P.S. I am new to the site and could really use the advice. Thanks, Doug

Well doodles, I am afraid you have nothing to do here. You need to inform the credit bureaus about the changed status and ask them to put it as 'closed by issuer'.

You have no way to find out why your account got closed. It is the discretion of the issuing company. You could put forth a request for reasons for the closing of the account, but the company is not bound to answer your questions. It may answer or not answer at its own discretion.
