I have medical bills that I am disputing. Do I send a Validation Letter? If they fail to respond, what is my next step and is there a sample letter that I can use?

Yes you can send out a debt validation letter but be sure to send it certified mail with return reciept requested. Be sure to request a time limit in which you would like to recieve the validation, for exampl.e 30 days (not less). If the creditor does not respond then you can dispute it with the bureaus with the proof you have and get it removed.
