| Time is the one thing you never have enough of. The old saying time is money is so true. I find working on my credit for the past 2 years to get a few items removed is not worth it, compaired to the 30points it has increased only to have the mortgage crises make a 580 now a 680 as what you need to get a loan even if you have 3% to put down. Working with a honest, licensed credit repair company is the way to go. I am going to contact these people and give it a try. |

Sometimes people have to actually learn or find out things for themselves. And more power to them if they want to do it themselves. Personally, if it were me and I had the extra money, I think it might be beneficial to use a credit repair company. However, I'm thinking of how it would relieve the stress from me. | I don't know if I would trust a company to do the work for me, but that is just me. I have enough money out there in fees, no sense in me paying more to a company to fix my mistakes. |

Totally know where your coming from Lorri. I myself was just starting to get all those little tax bills and doc. bills caught up. I actullly was starting to save for the BIG taxes and boom it hit. First my car decided to start messing up. I had to get it put on a computer (expensive). Now there will be the parts to fix it and then boom again.
My husband took they newer truck to work (works unground mining). He was working later than the others to help out and when he came out to go home some ignorant person took out the front side passenger window. Theres another $50 for the deductible. I know it could be worse but all that small change really added up quick.
There is a bright side. They say things come in threes. They really do. Coming home from work the next night he was pulled over for a light out on his license plate. He also was going a little fast. The cop seen he was coming from a very late night at work (3 a.m.) and told him to go on home. Whew...What a relief. |

See--first you were blessed with it just being a window to replace (could've been more you know) and then you got a warning instead of a ticke (and you just know how much THAT would have been. _________________ "Never give up on someone you can't go a day without thinking about". |

I am of course teasing----I know the feeling of every time you think you are getting ahead something always seems to happen and its usually in spades! _________________ "Never give up on someone you can't go a day without thinking about". |

| Very true. Oh well it is pretty much over and done with now. Had the glass put in yesterday so I guess what is done is done and its time to move forward and hope it goes good for a while. |

Well my road got bumpier!!!Can you believe it??? Now yestersay I was waiting to turn into a parking lot and it just shut off. I fought to keep it started and got it into the lot. I said OK I am not paying for another vehicles computer to be read so I went and bought my own dang reader $124. The thing gave me a detialed description of what it needed $25 part. and now it is back home (why do I even own newer vehicles???)
anyway total cost was $175...could have been towing $100, garage code reading $50, part $25. Same amount so at least now I have my own reader and will eventually save some cash. PPPPLLLLEEEAAASSEEE black cloud.....GGGOOO AAAWWWAAAYYY. |

Now-----------------maybe you could pick up a few extra bucks by taking your little computer reader and hanging around auto repair shops and offer customers a better deal on lthe diagnostic test-------LOLLLLLL _________________ "Never give up on someone you can't go a day without thinking about". |

| HA HA HA. That sounds like an awesome idea. You don't think they would mind do you? I did have an idea that to help pay for it I could ask for a couple bucks when someone asked if they could come over and check their engine. I probaly would feel kind of funny asking but if someone would have offered to do mine for a few bucks instead of me scheduling an appointment and then paying $50 I would have greatfully taken them up on it. I jsut don't know if it is worht letting people know I have it. I have a lot of borrowers and no returners around here. seems like I always have to ask to get something returned or go after it myself. |
