You get magic points by just simply joining in the discussions and posting your comments. I don't know if you can actually convert your magic points to cash. For myself it is just a good way to get a link back to my website, although I do enjoy just giving my advice on credit issues when I feel others can benefit from it.

You will accumalate more magic points on your first 50 post ,the longer your post are. after your first 50 you earn less points ,so make your first 50 count.
