| Can someone please tell me how to remove the 'Live Chat' box??? It's really messing up my computer. Thanks. |

We are in process of giving CreditMagic a new look, and so we have introduced the “Live Chat” section in our community.
Our technical team has checked the live chat in low, medium and high speed internet and found no problem in working with it. However, we feel, our forum members are an integral part of our Community. Thus, we would appreciate your feedback regarding the live chat section, so that our technical team can fix errors (if any) asap.
If you’re finding any kind of problem with the live chat system, please feel free to post your comments below in order to help us serve you better.
We value your feedback and invite you to come up with your suggestions for further improvement in the live chat system.

Hi Seth,
I do seem to have a bit of an issue but only when signing in. Whenever I click login and the login box pops up, I only have about three seconds to type my email and password before the live chat box loads and automatically takes the cursor off of the login box. So a lot of times I click login and enter my information, only to look up and see that only a few letters were entered and I have to reclick on the login box and enter my info a 2nd time. Nothing major though...
Come on now sd, is it really messin' up your computer or just a little irritating? I don't think it's that bad, although I do see a lot of weird comments in the comment box sometimes.

| Well (hopefully THIS will work this time).....I've tried several times, this AM to send THIS post. ...everytime I try to get on the Credit Forum, my PC 'freezes' up. I really don't appriciate someone telling me "is it really messing up your computer?" Yes....it is. |

I would like to say that This chat box is not bad, Its really working fine with me. I am using it for live chat on forum with forum members.

| I guess I'll just do what I can to egt on the Credit Forum. I think the Chat Box is very useful to people. However....I just don't know why I'm having trouble getting on the Forum. |
