hi seth i am a priviliged memeber of mortgagefit and the only one to be paid so i think you must make the moderator in return i will tell 100 of my friend that i am moderator so even they will become a memeber

I would imagine posting on a consistent basis, keeping the board clean and free of spam...

If you are interested in becoming a mod, I suggest you register, and start posting. Then, if Seth feels you are mod material, he will email you with the request to become a mod.

Mmm..are there certain 'qualifications' for this? Do I need to be on the site everyday , to be a MOD? Sounds interesting to me. However..I am a bit new at this.

Know your stuff and contribute on a consistent basis in accordance with the TOS...the admins will notice and may offer it if appropriate.
