Why do you suggest pay online when you can' even register. You need to get with it because you are still it the cave ages. I am use to paying all my bills online

Hi helen,

Did you check the spelling before you tried to go to their website. Try that and see if it will work then. Then let us know if it doesn't work so we can try something different.

I pay my Crescent Jewelers bill online through my bank, but I overlooked current statement taht is due today, 12/18. How can I pay online so I don't get a late fee? Since this merchant went out of business, and closed all their stores, there is no choice to make a payment but through mail or online. Please help. Thank you
