Can you tell me the credit card company with whom you have the account? You need to visit the online payment section of their website and log in with your user id and password to make the payment. |

I also cannot login to the following site. It complains that I need Windows '95 and Internet Explore 5 or Netscape! As soon as I pay off my card, I will not use the card anymore. This is so frustrating! Thanks for listening. Thanks! Juli

Click on the link below. Register. Type in your HSN card number and soc sec # in boxes. Fill in info. If you want to receive paper statements as well as have online account access, click "I do not agree" at bottom of page and press continue. You will then need to choose 5 questions. I hope it helps.
Read Online Payment Agreement. I think they charge you $15 for each online payment transaction. I tried through my HSN account, but that also does not work for me. Try this method. It has worked every time for me & I now have an online account. Thanks! Juli

| electronic bill pay is supposed to be a service that benefits both the customer and the company. I was finally able to access the bill pay service and found our there is really a charge to pay electronically so in other words to pay payment of $33 it is going to cost me $15. now this is a benefit to the company that I am supposed to pay %#&*!@#!@#$%^ so I guess my bill is going to be late and I will have to pay a late fee or pay it by phone which of course has a fee no wonder flex pay is so easily offered. Tues I will call and pay the bill including the balance of the flex pay and then I will close my card,discontinue the email announcements,block out hsn on my tv and just stick with QVC which is better anyway.adios hsn my middle name is not sucker |
