Where can I find the value of magic points? If I earm 10 magic points is that 10 dollars?

100 Points = $1.00

You need a minimum of 5000 points to cash in.

yes and when you cash in remember how many you have and how many you cash in they dont substract them

definitely keep track, i was given that advice by an active member on here and i'm glad they told me to keep track of my points when asking to cash in!
