Equifax has a 3in1 credit report package on their website for $39.95. Will this give me everything on my reports from all 3 agencies?

Yes, normally the 3 in 1 credit report provides all the details of your credit report from the three bureaus. But what I think is that if you purchase the reports separately from each of the bureaus, you can get a much better information. Equifax offers its credit report only for $10.50 and if you want to include the FICO score with the credit report, you will get it at 15.95. You can purchase only the Equifax report by visiting the link http://www.equifax.com/credit-report-history/

Yes, I too feel that instead of purchasing a 3 in 1 report, you can purchase the reports individually from each bureaus. This is because, each of the bureaus can provide you with much more details of their own product. Moreover, the difference in price of the report is not much. Equifax offers it own report at $10.50 and with a FICO score at $15.50, Transunion offers its own report at $11 and with FICO score at $18.95 and Experian offers it report at $10 and with FICO score at $15. So you can get all the three credit reports with FICO score at $49.45. So you need to pay only $10 more to get the reports separately.

If you want only the credit report from Transunion, you need to visit the link http://www.transunion.com/corporate/personal/consumerSupport/contactUs .page and click on the online link against "purchase a Transunion Credit Report".
For Experian credit report, just visit the link http://www.experian.com/personal-credit/free-credit-report.html

As far as I know, the report reflects the fact that you have made your last payment towards the debt in Dec 06 after which you defaulted and never made any payment. It has been sold off to a collection agency on July 07 who charged off the account and reported it to the bureaus as Key Derogatory on August itself and closed the account.

Since your last missed payment was on Jan 08, the Statute of Limitation on the debt will start from June 08 and the duration for which it will continue varies from one state to another. However, SOL varies from 3 years to 10 years and so the SOL has not expired yet. Therefore you should take steps to pay off the debt to avoid judgment.

Statute of Limitation starts after 6 months from the date of you first delinquency or your first missed payment towards the debt. However, since the SOL has not expired, and the account has been charged off, you should pull out your credit report now to check who owns your debt right now and send a debt validation letter by certified mail. If they validate you debt, pay it off as soon as possible to avoid judgment.
