What kind of account is this? Welcome to the forum. This forum helps those who have debt and would like advice on how to 'handle' them and pay them off.

If you can get your Credit Report, it should give you SOME information how to contact the 'party' you need to talk to about this.

I have only seen that name pertaining to the company that owns Macys and a couple other shops. If you still have the card you can call the number on the back and the issuing bank SHOULD be able to help you find how has the account and you can pay them. If you dont have the card order your free annual credit report and tword the back of the report you will find all the the telephone numbers and addresses for the companys that reported on you. If your having a really bad day and they dont list and address try looking it up via this site registeredagentinfo.com.

I think that CMBV22 is correct. One can always call the number at the back of the card and solve your problem with the bank.
