| Federal Debt Relief System has cost me thousands and only gotten me further in debt. I can't believe I've been so stupid. |

Hello Curtis,
I do understand your problem, but you do need to stay calm as things happen in life. As you seem to be having debt related problems, the last thing for you is to file for bankruptcy. Hence, if you ask me, what you need now is credit counseling.
I know a website http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/ where many people get credit counseling for debt related problems and their debts get consolidated. You can try this link. |

Can you explain how they ruined you. I signed up with them two months ago. What they preach on their website is accurate. The only question is whether they can deliver.
Look forward to your response. |

I had my checking account garnisheed three times.
They did absolutely nothing for me. My credit is destroyed. All they would ever say is that they had filed a complaint with the feds. Once enough complaints are filed then evrything would be rosy. My advice to you is get out now before they destroy you. Good Luck. |

| I've been in FDRS and they have definitely underdelivered in the service department... they claim that the garnishments are standard procedure because it is a result of a local case, then they make a federal case to get the money back and cancel the debt...so I'm told... has anyone actually been with FDRS for the complete 18 months????? That is who I'm looking to talk to...FDRS states that if people stick in the whole process that they have a 100% success rate. |

| I am considering using fdrs.org. What they say is accurate, but how do I know if they can do what they say they will--release my debt? Is there anyone out there who's been through their program successfully? |

| How can garnishments be standard? Do they take so much out when ever they like or is it you let them take money out of your checking and have to wait to fight to get it back? That seems absurd to me. To give them that much power is asking for financial ruins. You should never allow any collection agency or otherwise to take money from your account. This gives them free access to dip in when they please. Try reading some of the other posts and see where this got others. They had money taken nonstop. |

I just visited the fdrs.whatever site...the FAQ page gave me a good laugh.
Instead of paying FDRS, why not make payments on your debts?
Otherwise, begin saving money in order to file for BK. _________________ I don't dream since I quit sleeping |

There is some really good advice. It would be a lot better to just make the payments to your debts. I really wish people would do alot of investigating before hiring these types of places...most probaly work for the collectors themselves.
I have a mother in law that file bankruptsy and they oput here on a really good repayment plan and she is doing great now. That could be an option for you. Some do not like to do this but if it is the resort and it helps to get it all on track then it would be a very wise choice. Good luck. |

I have never heard of fdrs, what exactly are they supposed to do in the 18 month time frame? _________________ Goodnatured,
