Did you actually barrow $600.00 from them? Or is that some of the % they charge, as well? Most PDL's are illegal. In the state, ALL PDL's are illegal. However..I know alot of us get into that cycle. Check and see if if the PDL is legal, in the state where you live. Let us know. I'm not an expert on this Forum, however, I'm sure one will be by shortly to help you. If the PDL IS legal in your state, your only obligated to pay back what you barrowed.
